Massage Therapy Together with Chiropractic Care

Massage Therapy is an important addition to our non-invasive, hands-on health care treatment.  Along with Chiropractic care, they work together to relieve pain, stress, and really benefit your body even after your problems have been around for years.  As a part of our commitment to empower your health, we’ve added therapeutic massage services to complement our chiropractic care service.

Why Massage Therapy Together with Your Chiropractic Care?

Massage Therapy and Chiropractic Care

Massage Therapy can prolong the effectiveness of Chiropractic Care.

Massage is a natural complement because it extends the benefits of chiropractic care.  Chiropractic care is a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline aimed at the neuromusculoskeletal system which include the diagnosis, treatment and preventive care for problems related to the nervous system, joints, the spine and pelvis.  Massage therapist concentrate mainly on the musculoskeletal system and targets issues that are muscular in nature.

Massage therapy “warms up your body” which results in the relaxation of muscle tension prior to your chiropractic adjustment.   A few of the benefits of massage therapy include increased blood flow, improved flexibility of impacted muscle and ligament areas.

Adding Massage Therapy to your Chiropractic care treatment makes good sense because your adjustments will last longer with the release of the muscle tension that pulls your joints out of alignment.

Our licensed Massage Therapist, Tana is passionate about helping people heal through the benefits of Massage and tailors the massage to your needs.

I am as unique as my name and uphold the values of self-care and stress-free life. I have been practicing Massage Therapy since 2018 after graduating at Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy. The modalities I enjoyed learning were Swedish and Sports massage. When it comes to the treatment I specialize in the back, shoulders, legs, and feet.
